DISABILITY is not Inability. This was confirmed on the 19th -21st September 2007 when the National Open games for the blind and partially sighted persons took place in Masaka recreation grounds. The games, organized by the Uganda Blind Sports Association together with National Council of Sports and the Uganda National Association of the Blind, attracted a total of 15 teams. The games that took place included Goal ball, track and field events as well as show down, a modified form of table tennis. This event was sponsored by Enabling Services Uganda Ltd.
